Center Policies

Making or Cancelling Appointments

Appointments are available 24/7 through our website! You can also call Lavender Retreat during normal business hours to book an appointment, or to check on specific availabilities. Outside of business hours, calls will be returned within 24 hours, except on weekends.

When making an appointment, please provide us with the following information:

  • Desired type of session
  • Desired session length
    (60 or 90 minute session)
  • Desired date and time for the session
  • New clients:
    Please provide credit card information to book your first session. We retain credit card information in case of late cancel or no-show, but do not charge your card until after your appointment.

Arriving for your appointment

New Clients:
Please complete the appropriate form(s) above and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment

Returning Customers:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to have a chance to drop in to a relaxed state

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Lavender Retreat requires notification of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.

If less than 24 hours advance notification is given, you will be charged 100% of the price of the session, including for Saturday and Sunday.

In case of a "no-show", you will be charged the full price of the session.

In case of a personal emergency, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift card recipients are subject to our appointment policies. Please leave a card on file with us to schedule your appointment.

Gift cards expire within one calendar year of the date of purchase

Service Packages

All service packages expire within one calendar year of the date of purchase
