What does a mindful wellness therapist do?

Mindful Wellness Therapy is an alternative or complimentary form of psychotherapy. Psychotherapy used to create subconscious change in a patient in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors or feelings. It is undertaken with a subject in mindful wellness therapy.

  • Mindful Wellness Therapy: tapping into ones subconscious in order to heal past memories, learn self-confidence and self-esteem, and for abstaining from bad habits. Smoking cessation, weight loss, sleep deprivation and stress reduction are some examples of things that mindful wellness therapy can help heal.
  • Meditation: learning how to effectively meditate, in other words how to relax and clear the mind and then allowing the body to enjoy homeostasis.
