Making or Cancelling Appointments

At the present time, all appointments must be made by phone during business hours. Outside of business hours, calls will be returned within 24 hours, except on weekends.

When making an appointment, please provide us with the following information:

  • Desired type of session
    (Massage, Skin Care, Chiropractic or Nutritional therapy session, or to discuss Adventure Travel)
  • Desired length of the sessions
    (60 or 90 minutes session)
  • Desired date and time for the session
  • New clients:
    Please to provide credit card information to book your first session but the credit card will not be charged until you arrive for your appointment

Arriving for your appointment

New Clients:
Please complete the appropriate form(s) below and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment

Repeat Customers:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to have a chance to relax and relinquish some stress

Cancellation or Changes Policy

Lavender Retreat requires notification of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.

If less than 24 hours advance notification is given, you will be charged 100% of the price of the session including Saturday and Sunday.

If no advance notification made, you will be charged the full price of the session.

In the case of an emergency, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment.
